I suggest all Earth humanity that have a health concern contact James and find out his Plejaren health provider and save humanity's health since our minds our warping into multiple regions at the moment with confusing religions. I am certain many will be convinced at the wonders of there newfound health and some may turn to spirit from it. :) Health bribery I call it. I don't know if I want all people to live forever due to current incorrect standards but I do believe they should be healthy with the time they are given if they take care of themselves. Is this free of cost James or is there a corrupt health service like Earth where they charge ridiculous smounts and don't help patients unless they do possess funds, the real kicker most professionals are not even that good at what they do. What a cruel world we live in?
Vitamin supplements are not free in the UK but they're relatively cheap, I suppose. Unless of course you go for the expensive vitamin supplements. They're ridiculously priced.
That's nice to know, I think with overpopulation it would be tough to have free universal health care. Imagine a worldwide sickness uncurable and all 7 billions rushing to there nearest hospital. That would be a hoot. I don't think all our ingenious governments have a plan for that scale of epidemic. We need to focus on population stabilization then I think it will be easy to meet the needs of all patients on our planet when they need it.
I don't know Mark, currently our health care system is free but I still always look to alternative health first. I find it amazing that vitamins cause so many diseases when you are deficient in them. And the thing that got me was that doctors spend less than 6 months studying nutrition and have no idea whether patients are deficient in vitamins or not. I know an 18 year old who spent a week in the hospital and they could find nothing wrong with him. His mom kidnapped him and brought him to my practitioner and he was diagnosed with a lack of vitamins A & D and a week later was back at work.
JamesM, great to see that your eczema has abated. The thing about cheap vitamins is they have all kinds of fillers and you seem to have to take twice as many pills, to get the right intake. I always buy mine from a health store instead of a drug store. Get rid of your microwave as it only takes 45 minutes to make rice on the stove. Plus if it's being nuked, there is not much nutritional value left.
I find it odd sometimes doctors do the exact same thing in order to make money as well. What really gets me is how doctors that operate on patients leave towels, instruments utilized during procedures, and sometimes even odd things like utensils left in patients through scanning devices in airports they were found. I would fire every doctor and nurse operating on that patient and only have the ability to work at minimum wage for there entire life due to lack of professionalism. :) We should have a blind doctor operate on them and see how they like it. I agree Sheila sometimes they worsen the problem by suggestin the wrong vitamins. I found that my aunt who had diabetes had it accelerated by the doctors recommendations. I try to trust natural or home remedies unless of course I get my limb cut off in that case I'm not so good at sewing it back together.
These are the vitamins I got, http://www.eyevitaminhealth.com "Doctor said I can try them for 6 months and see how I go" I have no healthy problems at all btw. You take 2 tablets a day, and you'll be having zinc 10mg and vitamin c 1000mg sufficient as E.T. described. And they contain 10 or more vitamins not just that.
I think it's the perfect suppliment. Problem is and a big one, (may sound silly) I don't know how to swallow pills yet.

hey james im pretty sure billy said the real danger is in cooking using a microwave and not for just heating things up.. although heating does affect the nutritional value of the food, either way i dont use them anymore and never really did.. sick sense i suppose although there is one thing i still use it for ..POPCORN! its only 2 & a half minutes of nuke time for some movie crunchyness ;D ..hey jack , put around 30 mils of water in cup/glass wet the tablet in water and place it on the back of your tongue.. then throw your head back as you simultaniously throw the water into your mouth even the hugest tablets will sail on down .
Can someone ask Billy if we heat up the food in a microwave and leave it there for a while let's say 5-10 minutes to cool off it's nuclear effect, are we going to make it? or is it full of radiation? :) Thanks
Thank you Sheila, we can now reduce population on Earth with a massive microwave blast. People will however have cancer and lack intelligence. HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM this is a tough choice. I think a council meeting is necessary.:) j/k
