| Then the case is clear and the dispute is no longer one. But the fact that you will not have time to come here the day after tomorrow is also a good thing for me, because I have some things to discuss with Kunio on Saturday afternoon, which he asked me about. Afterwards, I will be together with Christian Frehner to do Christina's tax return. You know that she passed away on the 15th of September.

| <br><div style="margin-left:5%; margin-right:5%">As far as the EU's debt crisis is concerned, it is that the wrong thing is being done all around because everything is getting more and more out of hand and all the power-hungry and incompetent people in EU politics listen to other equally power-hungry and incompetent, 'advising' ruling elements who have no idea what to do. The EU debt debacle is a bottomless pit and EU people are being cheated and financially exploited by politicians and bankers. On the one hand, the EU's power-hungry politicians have no idea about a decent democracy, so they act high-handedly according to their own crazy and illogical ideas, without involving the people, and on the other hand, they are not interested in the people's opinion at all. Particularly blatantly stupid elements of EU policy are trying to keep the euro alive for the sake of the devil, as well as the despotism, tyranny and dictatorship of the European Union, so that they themselves can lead the people around by the rope and exploit them financially with impunity. All this therefore indicates that the whole thing could still turn out very badly and that the peoples of the EU states are slowly but surely being financially dumped for good by this EU criminal organisation and ultimately enslaved in every way. But this is not seen by all those fools who still tend towards the EU because their reasoning and reasoning are so deficient that they cannot see the truth. This is unfortunately the case with all those ignorant people who already belong to the EU states and who are shouting pro and pro-hooray for it, but also with hard-boiled stupid elements of other countries who are striving with all their might for membership in the EU – such as all the ignorant people of Switzerland and Turkey, for example. They are so stupid that they want to give up their still largely existing freedom without hesitation and exchange it for enslavement by the despotism, tyranny and dictatorship of the European Union. The EU screamers are so stupid that despite the huge EU crisis they have still not grasped what is really being played out and that it all boils down to financial exploitation and the incapacitation of all EU citizens by unscrupulous power-hungry people who effectively walk over corpses when it serves them.</div>

| Good, then the following: in a private conversation in the mid-1980’s, Quetzal told me that, from around the middle of the 1990’s or from the beginning of the 21st century, the great powers of the Earth, most especially the USA, would be working on inventions, that is to say, building, so-called weather- weapons. It is thereby intended that the weather conditions are controlled for purposes of war, and clouds or energy-stoves[1] are to be generated in the atmosphere in such a way that natural or artificially- generated lightning with tremendously high voltage could be employed for the destruction of enemy objects, and so forth. Thereby, as Quetzal explained, gigantic facilities of all kinds, as well as tanks, ships and aircraft could be destroyed, electric power plants could be put out of operation, as well as entire units of troops annihilated. Furthermore, it is intended that, through this research, possibilities will be found to trigger primeval storms, tsunamis and earthquakes or even volcanic eruptions, with which irreparable damage is inflicted upon the enemy. Now, my question is: is it really being worked on?

Now, my question is: is it really being worked on?<ref>Translator’s note: „Energieherde“ – (literally) „energy-stoves“. Billy coins a simple and descriptive layperson’s expression for that phenomenon which appears to represent exothermic atmospheric excitation by means of scalar (longitudinally polarised electromagnetic interferometry) weapons. Of course this information also confirms the Disclosure Project witnesses’ testimony that reveals that we taxpayers have already bought and fully paid for the existing „black shelf“ technical solutions to, and protection against, the extreme weather, seismic and volcanic events engendered by our beleaguered planet’s overpopulation.</ref>

| Then in this respect humanity can indeed still brace itself for something, along with the constantly increasing and ever wilder natural catastrophes. Then something else: Regarding the alleged moon landings, you said that the 'astronauts' involved in the fraud were manipulated by hypnosis and drugs in such a way that false experiences and memories could be implanted in them. In my opinion, this is brainwashing, or am I wrong?

| That is enough for the time being, because your explanation will give our scientists many nuts to crack, as it will also do with many other things. These clever people do not even know that the Creation of Universal Consciousness is a pure spirit-energy-individuality, which itself does not think, but where everything is aimed at causing all things to become existent, to pass away and become again, by purely spiritual-physical and natural-physical laws. But since letting something become an existence in the human sense, such as an idea and love for the thing etc., is called and valued as something valuable, already in primeval times attempts were made to explain this to the human beings by speaking of an idea and love of the creation of universal consciousness. This, although the Creation does not consciously create these values, but only practices them spiritually and physically, which is called universal consciousness for the understanding of the human beings. In the human sense, Creation is not consciously active, as is characteristic of the human being, but rather individually in terms of spiritual physics, from which natural laws and laws of nature arise, which in a causal form work independently.

| I will think about that. But now I think that there is enough talk about it, so I want to raise another question. Everywhere in the world, large blocks of ice have been falling from the sky for years, which are very dangerous, sometimes cause a lot of damage and also endanger human lives. Such lumps of ice often weigh between 10 and 20 kilos and cannot be caused by icing on aircraft. As I know, these ice balls are called 'Mega-Cryo-Meteors', which in Greek means something like 'big cold meteors'. Do you know where these ice projectiles come from and how they are formed?

| Short, concise and clear. Thanks for the explanation. But while we are on the subject of ice, I would like to come back another time with a question about the first ascent of Mount Everest. On the 15th of January 2007, we talked about the fact that an Englishman was the real first climber of Mount Everest in the 1920s, and it was also noted that Quetzal, you and I had already talked about it in 1988, 1998 and 2003, and the whole of these conversations have disappeared from contact reports for reasons that are inexplicable. For this reason, Quetzal re-submitted the details of the talks, which were then recorded in the 439th official contact conversation under a special name. Volume 11 of the contact reports, page 75, contains the excerpts from the 223rd contact report from the 1st of May 1988, the 260th contact report from the 3rd of February 1998, and the 343rd contact report from the 3rd of June 2003, which have disappeared from the original reports. But what interests me now is the name of the Englishman who was the first human being to climb Mount Everest, because in all the conversations the name was not mentioned. The year of his first ascent of the mountain was also not mentioned.

Ptaah:

Ptaah:
1. You are here quickly, dear friend Eduard. 1. Du bist schnell hier, lieber Freund Eduard.
2. Greetings. 2. Sei gegrüsst.

Billy:

Billy:
If you come, then of course I will come here immediately. Eva and I watched a crime movie together, otherwise I would have been here for two hours already.

Ptaah:

Ptaah:
3. That also has to be. 3. Das muss auch sein.
4. The reason why I am coming here now is because I am not free on Saturday, but I want to report back to you about the question you asked Florena to pass on to me so that I can question our language and writing experts. 4.
5. Their answer is the following, which I will try to put into simple terms in a somewhat understandable way: 5.
6. If, in a sentence, a quotation in brackets with quotation marks and endings is inserted and the complete sentence is ended, then the ending is to be given a full stop and endings and the closing bracket and endings. 6.
7. In other words: "With the etc. … end."). 7. Also folgendermassen: «Mit den usw. … Ende.»).
8. This also applies if only a partial sentence is used which begins with a lower-case letter but ends in its entirety, as follows "… can only … end."). 8. Ende.»).
9. Other forms, which are presented differently, e.g. according to earthly spelling books, are not correct to a large extent. 9.
10. Every end of a sentence, whether or not it is marked with a quotation mark or an end mark, requires an end point. 10.
11. This is also true for partial or complete insertions of the sentence as well as for insertions in brackets, which must always have an end point as well as a final sign, brackets and again a final point when the sentence is finished. 11.
12. This applies both when a sentence is followed by an explanation in brackets and also when excerpts from the text are quoted. 12.

I can well imagine. But if you are here already, I would like to ask you to read this letter from Hans Beyer, because I have already written something in response to his question, which I will read to you later.

Billy:
Good. See here, this is my answer to his question about the Euro and the European Union: Gut.

As far as the EU's debt crisis is concerned, it is that the wrong thing is being done all around because everything is getting more and more out of hand and all the power-hungry and incompetent people in EU politics listen to other equally power-hungry and incompetent, 'advising' ruling elements who have no idea what to do. The EU screamers are so stupid that despite the huge EU crisis they have still not grasped what is really being played out and that it all boils down to financial exploitation and the incapacitation of all EU citizens by unscrupulous power-hungry people who effectively walk over corpses when it serves them.

What is your opinion? If Hans will allow me, I will also put his question and the answer to it in a bulletin. Was meinst du dazu?

Ptaah:

Ptaah:
17. There would be much more to say about that, but in a short way you have summarized what is to be said in response to the questions and is also correct in its scope. 17.

Billy:

Billy:
Then I am not off track, and that is good. But may I burden you with some more questions, if you have time to answer them at all?

Ptaah:

Billy:
Good, then the following: in a private conversation in the mid-1980s, Quetzal told me that, from around the middle of the 1990s or from the beginning of the 21st century, the great powers of the Earth, most especially the USA, would be working on inventions, that is to say, building, so-called weather-weapons. It is thereby intended that the weather conditions are controlled for purposes of war, and clouds or energy-stoves are to be generated in the atmosphere in such a way that natural or artificially generated lightning with tremendously high voltage could be employed for the destruction of enemy objects, and so forth. Now, my question is: is it really being worked on?[1] Gut, dann folgendes: In einem privaten Gespräch hat mir Mitte der 1980er Jahre Quetzal erklärt, dass etwa ab Mitte der 1990er Jahre oder ab Anfang des 21.

Ptaah:

Ptaah:
19. Irresponsibly, that has actually already been the case for some time, whereby, unfortunately, it has also produced success, which in certain forms, also partly already brings about effects. 19.

Billy:

Billy:
Then in this respect humanity can indeed still brace itself for something, along with the constantly increasing and ever wilder natural catastrophes. Then something else: Regarding the alleged moon landings, you said that the 'astronauts' involved in the fraud were manipulated by hypnosis and drugs in such a way that false experiences and memories could be implanted in them. In my opinion, this is brainwashing, or am I wrong?

Ptaah:

Ptaah:
20. Your assumption is correct, because this is actually a process known as brainwashing. 20.
21. The alleged astronauts, as well as other close collaborators, were not only used drugs and hypnosis, but also electromagnetism. 21.
22. In particular, the magnetism, which acts on the brain and harasses it to a great extent, is the strongest moment by which existing memories can be erased and replaced by new, absorbed experiences and memories. 22.
23. In this way, through drugs, hypnosis and magnetic forces, the participants in the fraud were brought to new and false images and memories by the appropriate professionals, while the remaining participants, as well as the cameramen, props and other staff, were erased and replaced by new memories in the same way. 23.
24. Others simply died, which meant that the silence was maintained in this regard even when threatened to break. 24.
25. These inhumane techniques were and are also used by the earthly secret services, and today forbidden 'research' is being carried out, particularly with electromagnetism, to erase the human being's memories and replace them with new ones. 25.
26. But it is also a matter of using drugs, hypnosis and magnetism to turn the human beings into murder machines that kill on command, with a code word programmed into them. 26.

I see. The whole thing is a damn lousy thing. But the next thing: Leonardo da Vinci, Isaak Newton, Victor Hugo and Jean Cocteau are said to have belonged to a sworn community that is considered 'The Great Conspiracy of Christian Mankind'. On the internet you can find all kinds of information about this under 'Rennes-le-Château', 'Prieuré de Sion', where Sion = Zion. Do you know anything about it? Verstehe.

Good, but do you know what 'Hobbehod' means? It is probably an old English word. I asked Florena to ask your scribes, because I can't find the word in any English book. Gut, aber weisst du, was ‹Hobbehod› bedeutet?

Ptaah:

Ptaah:
28. Of course I made inquiries. 28. Natürlich habe ich mich erkundigt.
29. The word 'Hobbehod' comes from the old English language spoken in the 13th and 14th centuries, and it means 'outlaw'. 29.

Billy:
Thanks. Now it is November, and you told me on my 1975 Great Journey that this is the time when we can speak openly about the dark energy in the material belt of the universe. I have asked about this on several occasions, and you and also Quetzal have always said that the time is not yet ripe. But now, according to your words, it should be possible to say something about it. Danke.

Ptaah:

Ptaah:
30. You do not forget anything, my friend. 30. Du vergisst wohl überhaupt nichts, mein Freund.
31. But well, what I am allowed to say is at least that the Dark Energy is the actual centrifugal force of the material belt, which is erroneously considered by the terrestrial science of astrophysics and astronomy to be the entire universe, leaving aside the other six Universe Belts because they are unknown to scientists. 31.
32. The centrifugal force runs through the entire material belt, whereby it spreads out according to its rotation. 32.
33. And that the speed to the outside increases more and more is due to the fact that the centrifugal force in the inner area of the belt is logically lower than in the outer areas. 33.
34. And as the extension of the matter belt increases, the outward speed also increases, and consequently the galaxies etc. move away from the inner area of the matter belt with ever-increasing speed. 34.
35. I am not allowed to explain more about this. 35. Mehr darf ich dazu nicht erklären.

Billy:

Billy:

On Saturday, the 1st of October, you explained to me the unpleasant thing that is going to happen regarding the fact that another evil attack is being launched against me from within my own family, which also happened on the 13th of October. On your advice, however, I did not do anything about it, but I will now ask a policeman friend of mine what he thinks about it in the next few days. Perhaps he knows something that the two of us did not know and did not consider.

Ptaah:

Ptaah:
42. To keep silent about it was my recommendation, but also get some advice from your friend. 42.
43. Maybe you should, as I advised you, find all the explanations from the contact conversations that deal with the attacks against you from your own family, because Asket already pointed this out to you in the 1950s, and we have also asked you about these unpleasantness several times. 43.
44. The fact that in the end you were not tempted to take a public stand on the lies and slander that were brought against you in public was only to your advantage, which is why I think that in this case too it will certainly be good if you do not speak out publicly. 44.
45. What I can imagine is that your policeman friend will advise you in such a way that you will take police and judicial action in the interest of justice. 45.
46. You should think about this before you act, because it will not be easy for you to do something against your own family member. 46.

Besides, as I said, they are trying to destroy the teaching of the Spirit and your mission, also by inciting unstable Earth-humans to kill you or to make you impossible through lies, deceit and slander, and to present you as a liar, swindler, forger and cheat, which you will unfortunately even experience in your own family, as I have seen through a vision of the future. 85.

Two core group members have also referred to these statements, while all members find the whole thing of lies, slander and hate speech to be immensely primitive, as do outsiders who have been harassed with 'An Open Letter to the FIGU'. And because of the unbelievable primitiveness of the 12 pages of the letter, I do not want to include it in this conversation. If you want to have a copy of it, I would be happy to make one.

47. This is not necessary, because I have already read the whole thing. 47.
48. The fact that this vile tirade, dripping with lies, slander and rampant hatred, has been published irresponsibly, shows what a reprehensible attitude children have towards the writer and those who help them. 48.
49. In this way, the same despicable attitude of the person who made it possible for the letter to be published on the Internet also becomes publicly known and disseminated, thus causing harm to himself as it is to the author of the insulting letter. 49.
50. A decent, correct and righteous human being would never commit such an ignominious act and would also never offer his hand in this matter. 50.
51. If you call the letter primitive, you are not expressing it strongly enough, for it corresponds to a malicious and monstrous reprehensibility by which the writer publicly pillories himself and reveals what a shabby attitude he is. 51.
52. And this I can say and judge very well, because I know the reality and have perceived it for the last four or so decades or so, and therefore know very well that all the accusations made in this letter are nothing more and nothing less than malicious lies and slander. 52.
53. And if you do not wish to remain silent on the matter, I think it would also be appropriate and correct for you to publish what we have just been talking about in a bulletin. 53.
54. But you have to make your own decision about that. 54. Darüber musst du jedoch deine eigene Entscheidung treffen.

Billy:
I will think about that. But now I think that there is enough talk about it, so I want to raise another question. Everywhere in the world, large blocks of ice have been falling from the sky for years, which are very dangerous, sometimes cause a lot of damage and also endanger human lives. Such lumps of ice often weigh between 10 and 20 kilos and cannot be caused by icing on aircraft. As I know, these ice balls are called 'Mega-Cryo-Meteors', which in Greek means something like 'big cold meteors'. Do you know where these ice projectiles come from and how they are formed?

Ptaah:

Ptaah:
55. 'Mega-Cryo-Meteors' are formed between the stratosphere and troposphere. 55. ‹Mega-Cryo-Meteore› entstehen zwischen der Stratosphäre und Troposphäre.
56. The alternating cold and warm layers between the two spheres are the basic factors leading to the formation of the large cold meteors, with the actual cause of the whole being the rapidly advancing climate change. 56.

Billy:

Ptaah:

Ptaah:
57. This is probably correct, but the name is not a secret, because the man's name was Georg Leigh Mallory, and the event took place in June 1924. 57.
58. He was not alone, however, for together with him was another man named Andrew Comyn Irvine, who, however, had to give up shortly before the finish due to loss of strength, so Mallory alone conquered the last stretch. 58.
59. At the highest point he left one of two photos of his wife, after which the descent took place, but during which Mallory fell and broke a leg. 59.
60. With the help of the exhausted Irvine, he dragged himself further down, but they crashed and died in the process. 60.

Billy:

Billy:
That is now also clear. Thanks. And with that I have no more questions, but only some things that I would like to discuss with you privately. Das ist nun auch klar. Danke.

Ptaah:

Ptaah:
61. Then let's hear it. 61. Dann lass hören.

  1. Translator’s note: „Energieherde“ – (literally) „energy-stoves“. Billy coins a simple and descriptive layperson’s expression for that phenomenon which appears to represent exothermic atmospheric excitation by means of scalar (longitudinally polarised electromagnetic interferometry) weapons. Of course this information also confirms the Disclosure Project witnesses’ testimony that reveals that we taxpayers have already bought and fully paid for the existing „black shelf“ technical solutions to, and protection against, the extreme weather, seismic and volcanic events engendered by our beleaguered planet’s overpopulation.
