Quetzal:

Quetzal:
1. Greetings, my friend. 1. Grüss dich, mein Freund.

Billy:

Billy:
Ah, Quetzal, you are already here, it is good that you have already come, even though I was not expecting you until the evening or night. But it is good, greetings to you also.

Quetzal:

Quetzal:
2. Florena let me know 2 days ago that my quick arrival was very welcome and important, so I thought it would be convenient for you at this time. 2.
3. What is the urgent matter? 3. Was fällt denn Dringendes an?

Billy:

Billy:
You are good, my friend, because we are waiting to hear what you have to say about what is to be done about the grazing of the meadows, because you said that from now on no more sheep are to be driven onto the meadows, whereas you, respectively you and the board, still wanted to carry out an inspection of the grounds in this respect and only then decide what is to be done. On Saturday, the board spoke with the man and his wife who use the meadowland, but the matter of grazing was not clear, because you said that this should no longer be done from now on.

Quetzal:

Quetzal:
4. That the matter was dealt with so quickly by the Board was correct, but the need would have been to wait for my further explanation, which I wanted to give you the day after tomorrow. 4.
5. However, since you instructed Florena that I should come here immediately, I am just here now to find out what is important and urgent, after which I must leave again because I am very time-bound. 5.

Billy:

Billy:
Good, then the question whether you from the committee have made the inspection and if so, what has resulted from it with regard to the grazing, to which you said yes, as I already mentioned, that there should be no more grazing from now on. It was asked whether the rear pulpit was also affected and should no longer be grazed, because at least this was urgently needed for lambs or something.

Quetzal:

Quetzal:
6. I do not understand that. 6. Das verstehe ich nicht.

Billy:

Billy:
You said that from now on the meadows should no longer be grazed, so we understood that this applies to all meadows, so also to the meadow at the back of the pulpit. So it was also brought up in this way and it was thus made clear that there should be no more grazing on any of the meadows. But you also said that you and the members of the committee wanted to make another inspection to clarify a few things, after which you would tell us what the final decision should be.

Quetzal:

Quetzal:
7. That is of correctness, but obviously you and your board misunderstood my explanations, which I actually find a bit strange with you, because I know that you are a very attentive and logical listener. 7.
8. Besides, you also recalled and wrote down my instructions and had to understand what I was talking about. 8.

Billy:

Billy:
I have also done that, but obviously I have not understood everything. You said that the natural meadows should no longer be grazed, which I understood to mean that from mid-March to the end of July no animals should be driven into or grazed in the meadows.

Quetzal:

Quetzal:
9. Exactly, that was the meaning of my explanation, so you understood my instruction correctly, as I called it on the 4th of July with the following words, as I can read here: 9.

10.
a)
It is further commanded that natural meadows may not be grazed, consequently this should be refrained from in the future, consequently neither sheep nor cattle should graze the meadows.

10.
a)

11. That was the meaning of my statement, but I also mentioned the following on the 16th of June, as I see here:

12.
Now, however, I would like to briefly address what I mentioned earlier regarding sheep droppings, which cause nuisance by the animals' roaming on roads and paths.

12.
13.
This is always the case when we stroll along the paths of the centre grounds to relax and unwind, because when we walk, the excrement thrown out by the sheep sticks to our shoes and is on the one hand a nuisance when we walk, and on the other hand extremely unpleasant when it has to be removed again and the shoes cleaned.
13.

14. In addition to the fact that during the period of growth the natural meadows may no longer be grazed, it shall also be that before and after the period of non-grazing of the natural meadows before and after their growth, i.e. before 15 March and after the end of July, after clearing, the meadows shall only be grazed by sheep if it is ensured that the paths and roads on the centre grounds are cleaned of the sheep droppings caused by the animals driving to the grazing area.

15. Only by ensuring that the roads and paths on the centre grounds are free of sheep droppings and cleaned can they be walked on without problems and without soiling shoes. 15.
16. If this and the observance of the closed season for the growth of natural meadows is arranged in this way, as well as the non-application of slurry or chemicals of any kind, then there is no other reason to prohibit the grazing of the meadows. 16.
17. If the meadows are grazed by the grazing animals, then this corresponds to an unhesitating naturalness, as does also the process of the seeds that have fallen out of the plants in a natural way being trodden into the soil by the grazing animals and thereby finding a germination and growth opportunity in the soil. 17.

Billy:

Billy:
This is all clear to me, I learned this from Sfath and in the wild when I was a juvenile. But what you meant by your explanation, that there should be no grazing during the growing season of natural meadows, was really clear to me. I had not thought about not being allowed to graze if the centre paths are not cleaned of animal excrement, but it seems logical to me now. Sometimes you do not think of everything, but the world does not end because of that. But the matter still needs to be clarified, especially that all meadow areas can be used for grazing, but on the one hand only at the correct times and on the other hand if cleanliness is maintained on the centre paths. What is not cleaned outside these paths should not be our business.

Quetzal:

Quetzal:
18. That is of correctness, but it is to be understood that the public roads and paths running in the centre area are also part of this cleanliness. 18.

Billy:

Billy:
You mean the municipal road from Schmidrüti to the centre and from there the corridor path to the forest to Hamberg.

Quetzal:

Quetzal:
19. That is the meaning of my explanation, because this road and this path are used by us and we want to be able to walk on it without soiling our footwear with sheep droppings. 19.
20. And this will so also be the case for all Centre dwellers and for passers-by who walk on these streets and paths. 20.

Billy:

Billy:
Of course. But now, Quetzal, I would like to know if you have already received an answer and explanation from your linguists and writers to my question regarding the term 'fenerative', which Sfath has explained to me as 'rampant', effectively the correct term for the rampant spread of alien plants, such as ragweed, the giant Indian or glandular balsam, and the Hercules perennial. Also on this list are Japanese knotweed, Canadian goldenrod, lupine and black locust, late weeping cherry, etc., whereby various of these plants are idiotically labelled as 'rampant' by the 'info Flora', although this is not the case, nor is it the case with various other plants, some of which were brought to Europe from foreign countries centuries ago and became native here – including in Switzerland – and were able to acclimatise.
Well, actually, the point is that Sfath taught me that the term 'invasive' is completely misunderstood and misused, because invasive should not be equated with 'rampant' in relation to plants, but rather invasive only means an 'invasion' or 'penetration', 'growing in' or 'adapting' or 'acclimatising' of something foreign, such as plants, in a foreign area. The homecoming or acclimatisation and growth of alien plants and alien plants in alien areas is therefore not 'invasive' and has nothing whatsoever to do with proliferation or outgrowth, which is why the term 'invasive' is used in a completely wrong way. A proliferation or outgrowth of plants should correctly be called 'feneration' or 'fenerative', because only this term means a widespread and possibly unstoppable proliferation and outgrowth of plants.

Quetzal:

Quetzal:
21. Interesting, because this is exactly what our scholars, who know languages and scriptures, have explained, who cultivate knowledge and a knowledge of the origins and uses as well as the use of all earthly languages, which are completely foreign and unknown to all earthly linguistics. 21.
22. This also refers to the old Latin terms and to 'proliferate', which were already being handed down, used and completely misinterpreted in a mistaken way in the time of the Latins and in this way right up to the present day. 22.
23. The Latin term 'proliferate', which today is wrongly used for the 'proliferation' of plants, originally had the value of 'usury' in the sense of e.g. far overcharged returns of borrowed goods and coin values, etc. 23.
24. The term 'invadere' resp. the modern usage 'invasive', in its original form means 'to adapt', 'to adjust', 'to integrate', 'to embed', 'to incorporate' and 'to insert', which is called 'to integrate' in today's 'modern' earthly languages. 24.
25. In this connection, however, our language and scripture experts declare the 'modernity' of the new orthography, especially with regard to the German language, to be the thoughtless stupidity of incompetent and arrogantly self-important linguists who are incapable of judging either languages or scripts. 25.
26. According to the explanations of our language and scripture scholars, in the earthly languages the Latin term 'invasive' used today is completely wrongly and erroneously defined as 'invading' and 'penetrating' as well as 'proliferating', in a very negative form, just as the old Latin term 'proliferate' is also wrongly defined as 'proliferation' resp. The old Latin term 'proliferate' is also wrongly defined as 'proliferation', 'offspring' and 'sprout', and thus means a rapid growth and multiplication, as a proliferation of plants, woody plants and all kinds of plants. 26.
27. The actual origin of the two terms goes back much further into the past than earthly scientists would be capable of and have the opportunity to do, in order to fathom the actual beginning of the same, as our scientists explain. 27.
28. The terms were created thousands of years ago, after very precise explorations and clarifications through time observations, in areas that can be described as Balkan Indian in modern times. 28.
29. The Avestic peoples, who were already linguistically adept in early times, used the three terms 'fenerara', which was later called 'fēnerāre' in Latin, as well as 'prolivera', later 'proliferate', and 'invadra', later 'invadere', in a completely different form of expression, which, moreover, was never written down in any of the ancient written languages, but was only handed down orally and consequently did not find its way into any Avestic or Indo-Iranian writings in later times. 29.
30. These two terms as well as 'fenerara' and 'fenera' found their way into the languages of the Balkan Indians, who are nowadays called 'natives', 'primitive peoples' and 'indigenous people'. 30.
31. The term 'fenerara' or 'fēnerāre' stood for uncontrolled 'spreading', 'proliferation' and 'proliferation' of plants, so that the correct term for the proliferation and uncontrollable spreading and proliferation of plants must be called 'fenerative', but not 'invasive' or proliferating. 31.
32. The peoples who used Avestic languages were also highly developed linguistically and shaped their languages early on with relevant terms, which they partly also took over from other languages known to them, changed and which were also adopted in many other languages, but which partly survived all times and have even been preserved until today, and also in the German and Swiss-German languages. 32.
33. The term 'indigenous' means as much as 'born in the land', but also the special relationship of the peoples to their natural environment. 33.
34. The 3 terms now, 'fenerara', 'invadere' and 'proliferate', originate from an Avestic language, which was then adopted in Balkan-Indigenous languages and later transferred to other languages, such as Ancient Greek, which in turn found its way to the Latins, who also adopted certain terms, consequently the terms were exchanged in a multiply changing manner and used for false values, which has remained so until today. 34.
35. As our language and writing experts explained to me, the Latin people also took over the terms from Greek dialects, whereby the wrong sequence of meanings also existed in these, so that the term 'fēnerāre' was also wrongly ascribed a different meaning, as was also the term 'proliferate'. 35.
36. And this happened in such a way that the two terms were erroneously exchanged for each other and thus twisted. 36.
37. This corresponds to the factual information I can give you after the explanations of our linguistic and scriptural luminaries. 37.

Billy:

Billy:
So what I learnt from Sfath, that is 'fenerative' is the correct term for the proliferation and uncontrolled spread of plants and crops of all genera and species, as opposed to the term 'proliferate', 'prolicative' and 'invasive', is correct.

Quetzal:

Quetzal:
38. This is absolutely correct, and according to the statements and explanations of our linguists and scriptural scholars, it is so without any doubt. 38.
39. But now I have to go back to my duties, but I should inform you that Florena and Enjana will visit you in a few minutes and fulfil the wish you have expressed to them. 39.
40. But now I must go, my friend. 40. Doch nun muss ich gehen, mein Freund.
41. Goodbye. 41. Auf Wiedersehn.

Billy:

Billy:
Take care, and thank you so much for coming here again and sorting everything out. It was really necessary. Thank you, and goodbye.
