Here in the West, we read newspaper reports and see pictures of horror from Japan regarding the executions of criminals and other human beings guilty of any criminal acts. In short, as you know and learn from your own teachings of wisdom, the human being begets his own punishment for every guilt, which is also absolutely correct and also corresponds to the creative-natural laws and commandments. However, what Japan presumes to do in judging and condemning human beings with regard to the death penalty and the execution of human beings is in every respect contrary to the entire creative-natural lawfulness. Japan in particular, which is a very ancient people with a renowned culture, should indeed be further along in the administration of justice and legislation and in the exercise of punishment than other peoples of the Earth, who have long since ceased to have any penal legislation with regard to the death penalty. Even in ancient times, Japan was at the forefront of humanity and did not execute any human beings under the death penalty for about 350 years, from 810–1156. After that, for some inhumane reason and against creative-natural legislation, the death penalty was reintroduced, and this is still the case today. And today, Japan, along with the USA, is the only modern industrialised country on Earth that retains the death penalty, which is not exactly a tribute to honour, justice, true humanity and dignity.
In Japan, the government claims that 80 per cent of the population would affirm the death penalty as correct, but the effective truth is completely different, because very many human beings in Japan are against the criminal execution of criminals. The truth is that this alleged 80 per cent death penalty affirmation comes about absolutely only as a result of strictly suggestive polls, because the Japanese tend to answer 'correctly' and thus with the majority to questions addressed to them. And when the government proclaims that the majority of the Japanese people are in favour of the death penalty, then the respondents are also correct in their 'correct thinking' and 'correct action', which is how the 80 percent in favour comes about.
The fact that the Japanese, from 810–1156, were the first people on Earth to abolish the death penalty is proof that Japanese human beings recognised the value of each individual life and humanity very early on. In doing so, they proved that they were tremendously far ahead of all the peoples of the world in terms of human love, true justice and the execution of punishment, as well as knowledge and wisdom. But after that, Japan fell back into the deepest barbarism and began again with the imposition and execution of the death penalty, which has survived to the present day and actually does no credit to the entire Japanese system of justice and law and tramples all human dignity underfoot. Thus, the present conduct of the Japanese penal system leaves much to be desired, for it is more primitive than primitivity itself could ever be. By sentencing and judging in the name of capital punishment and its execution, a state appoints itself the scum of Earth-humans. And the evil of it is that with this, what the state exercises in terms of penal laws and execution of sentences, unfortunately, the people are also involved and judged, even if this is completely wrong, because they are usually only minimally involved in everything and are therefore unjustly held responsible for it. This is also the case in Japan, whose ancient culture, as well as all the truth teachings and wisdom teachings, was the best model for all earthly humanity in earlier times when the death penalty was frowned upon. But since then, when the death penalty was reintroduced and has been carried out ever since, primitive human life has been murdered in the name of the law and false justice, although the Japanese truthful teachings also say that problems are never solved by this. The truth is that drastic and inhumane punitive measures, such as torture and the death penalty, breed immense hatred and thus crime all the more. Unfortunately, however, human beings have become stupid, as a result of which they are no longer able to recognise this truth.
Every human being who is executed and thus deprived of life by false legislation is murdered by legally decreed punishment, consequently those who pronounce the death penalty are guilty of murder, as are also those who carry out the death penalty or the state-imposed murder. All those who are in any way involved in the matter are guilty of aiding and abetting murder. The result of every execution is that only revenge is taken and that those involved become murderers, whereby problems are not solved by the criminal murder of criminal offenders. The solutions to all such problems can only be found by drawing on the creative-natural laws and commandments and instructing the human beings in this respect from the bottom up, thereby turning them into blameless and law-abiding citizens by themselves. But earthly humanity is not urged by governmental decrees to learn these laws and commandments and to obey them, which is why everything leads to ever worse consequences. Basically, overpopulation plays the greatest role in this, because it continues to increase criminality and crime unstoppably. And this can only happen because completely wrong and unlawful actions are taken and the truth of the creative-natural legislation is disregarded. Thus, in the end, everything becomes much worse and degenerates more and more.
Japan presumes to be the master of life and death and has always acted in this way after the year 1156 until today, without also grasping the truth to the slightest degree that the human being may not determine and may not judge life and death in relation to human beings. So let the Japanese people hear, if they want to be human, that they must learn humanity, reason and the truth concerning the value and untouchability of life, and this also when a human being is guilty of a serious crime and is to be punished appropriately, but without the death penalty. The people must come to their senses and opt for just and humane law and punishment, without official death penalty propaganda.
The people must learn that even criminal culprits may not be executed and thus not murdered by legal punishment, but that they may only be punitively instructed and thus held accountable in such a way. This can be done, for example, by banishing criminals for life to lonely islands cut off from the world, where they must earn everything for their lives from nature with their hands' work, and where they have time to change their lives and their thoughts and actions as well as their behaviour patterns for the better and the good through a learning process imposed on them, whereby they can become true human beings and also die as such one day. If, however, Japan does not allow itself to be taught and does not follow effective reality and truth, then it would remain apostate to the creative-natural laws, whereby it would still suffer a great deal of damage. Take note, dear Sir: It is the task of every human being to grasp reality and its truth and to do everything in accordance with it in the correct way, but he who disregards this begets punishment for himself. Therefore, do all you can so that in Japan the death penalty legislation and the execution of the death penalty are abolished and the state becomes again that of humanity, honour and dignity as it was in the years 810–1156.
You powerful ones in government must be able to lead Japan and its people into a free, humane future without capital punishment, for it is mainly up to you rulers to implement the truth of life, that the life of every human being is inviolable in every way by human hands. Become wise and therefore learn this truth, which is given by the creative-natural laws and which applies circumferentially to all human beings without exception. Gladly will you be instructed in this respect by the teaching of the Word of Truth and Wisdom, if only you ask for it and grasp it and let yourselves be instructed.
