I can see the suicide rate problem I feel is due to work environment. You hire intelligent educated well rounded people at all the top positions your company runs smoothly. You don't then you have to mentally bypass incorrect procedures and do more work than necessary. I have read many company handbooks and a consistent flaw is how they do not follow the rules exactly as stated in the manual especially for the top positioned worker. They are most likely to break the rules. In a sense I think a lot of restructuring needs to be done. You are only as good as the people that lead and organize the task. :)
