Allein richtig wäre eine Entscheidung der Anordnung und Verordnung der Staatsführenden, dass eine Anordnung und Verordnung des obligatorischen Tragens einer Atemschutzmaske der Güte FFP2 und das gehörige Abstandhalten zum nächsten Erdenmitmenschen sozusagen rezeptiert wird, um zu dessen wie aber auch den Schutz der Gesundheit des nächsten Erdenmenschen zu gewährleisten.
39. This should be possible with a little use of intellect and reason, of which the really incapable leaders of the Earth should still be capable to such an extent that they can understand what they are well advised to do – for this I have the following to advise, namely:	39. Das durchzusetzen sollte mit etwas Nutzung von Verstand und Vernunft möglich sein, deren die wirklich unfähigen Staatsführenden der Erde noch so weit fähig sein sollten, dass sie verstehen können, was ihnen gut geraten wird, was sie des Rechtens tun sollen – dazu habe ich folgendes zu raten, nämlich:
40. 1. That generally respiratory masks of the quality FFP2 must be worn uniformly by every Earth-human – no matter whether vaccinated, recovered or unvaccinated – when dealing with those Earth-humans who are not in the direct and healthy sphere of life and of whom it is not known whether they are subject to a Corona infection or not.	40. 1. Dass allgemein Atemschutzmasken der Güte FFP2 einheitlich von jedem Erdenmenschen – ganz gleich ob geimpft, genesen oder ungeimpft – im Umgang mit jenen Erdenmenschen getragen werden muss, die nicht in den direkten und gesunden Lebensbreich belangen und von denen nicht bekannt ist, ob sie einer Corona-Infektion verfallen sind oder nicht.
41. 2. That despite wearing a respiratory mask of the FFP2 quality, the necessary distance from one Earth-human to the next must be maintained, which as a rule must be 150 cm to 200 cm or more, depending on the case.	41. 2. Dass trotz Tragen einer Atemschutzmaske der Güte FFP2 der notwendige Abstand von einem Erdenmenschen zum nächsten eingehalten werden muss, der je nach Fall in der Regel 150 cm bis 200 cm oder mehr betragen muss.
42. If there is a certain degree of certainty that one or more human beings are not infected, the safety distance from one human being to the next may be smaller.	42. Wenn eine gewisse Sicherheit des Nicht-infiziert-Seins einer oder deren mehrerer Personen besteht, kann/darf der Sicherheitsabstand von einem Menschen zum anderen geringer bemessen sein.
43. 3. In direct or close contact with fellow human beings who do not belong to the immediate living environment and to the circle of certainty of being free of the Corona virus, a respiratory protection mask of the FFP2 quality should be worn and used exclusively.	43. 3. Im direkten oder nahen Umgang mit Mitmenschen, die nicht zum direkten Lebensbreich und zum Kreis der Sicherheit des Freiseins vom Corona-Virus gehören, soll ausschliesslich eine Atemschutzmaske der Güte FFP2 getragen und genutzt werden.
44. 4. That the rule must be and be observed that no direct body contact takes place, such as handshaking = hand greetings, kissing and hugging, etc.	44. 4. Dass die Regel sein und eingehalten werden muss, dass keine direkte Körperberührungen stattfinden, wie Händereichen = Händebegrüssungen, Küssen und Umarmungen usw.
45. 5. That the necessary hygienic measures – such as disinfecting hands – must be observed and all other necessary hygienic measures must be maintained.	45. 5. Dass die notwendigen hygienischen Massnahmen – wie das Desinfizieren von Händen – eingehalten werden und alle anderen notwendigen Hygienemassnahmen gepflegt werden müssen.
46. 6. That all air travel and all travel by car, bus, etc., train and ship for holiday purposes must be prohibited, as well as all holidays in foreign places and in foreign resp. other states, etc.	46. 6. Dass jeglicher Flugverkehr und jeglicher Verkehr per Auto, Autobus usw., Bahn und Schiff zu Urlaubszwecken untersagt sein muss, wie auch jegliches Urlauben an fremden Orten und in fremden resp. anderen Staaten usw.
47. 7. Public transport and private means of transport may only be used by several persons at the same time if the necessary FFP2 respirators are worn and a proper safety distance – depending on the vehicle resp. means of transport – is maintained.	47. 7. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und private Personentransportmittel dürfen von mehreren Personen gleichzeitig nur benutzt werden, wenn die notwendigen Atemschutzmasken FFP2 getragen und ein gehöriger Sicherheitsabstand – je nach Fahrzeug resp. Transportmittel – eingehalten wird.
48. 8. Respiratory masks of only FFP1 protect insufficiently against infections and should only be worn when walking on roads and paths where there is sufficient distance to other persons; they should never be used in direct contact with fellow human beings.	48. 8. Atemschutzmasken von nur dem Wert FFP1 schützen ungenügend vor Infektionen und sollten nur getragen werden im Gehverkehr auf Strassen und Wegen, wo genügend Abstand vorherrscht zu anderen Personen; niemals sollten sie benutzt werden im Bereich des direkten Umgangs mit Mitmenschen.
49. 9. The wearing of medical masks should be reserved for persons who have to perform corresponding activities, etc.	49. 9. Das Tragen von Medizinalmasken sollte den Personen vorbehalten bleiben, die entsprechende Tätigkeiten usw. zu verrichten haben.
50. That with regard to the coercion that is now being exerted on the unvaccinated by the leaders of the state is in itself an irresponsible-criminal method of prescription that is being thoughtlessly brought into being.	50. Das bezüglich des Zwanges, der durch die Staatsführenden nun auf die Ungeimpften ausgeübt wird, ist allein schon eine unverantwortlich-verbrecherische Verordnungsweise, die unbedacht ins Leben gerufen wird.
51. It testifies to the inability of the state leaders to manage the state, their guilt towards Earth's humanity, which is becoming more and more immeasurable the longer it goes on, whereby the rampantly spreading disease can continue unchecked, because the correct thing is not being done.	51. Sie zeugt von der Staatsführungsunfähigkeit der Staatsführenden, deren Schuld gegenüber der Erdenmenschheit, die je länger, je mehr unermesslich wird, wodurch sich die Seuche unhemmbar weiter i nfizierend verbreiten kann, weil nicht das Richtige getan wird.

This also applies to the fact that the entire misconduct of the state leaders has resulted in the Corona rampantly spreading disease to all the states of the Earth and to the Earth-humans through the fault of the state leaders.	52. Dies auch bezüglich dessen, dass das ganze Fehlverhalten der Staatsführenden in der Hinsicht zur Folge hat, dass sich die Corona-Seuche durch Entscheidungs- und Verordnungsschuld der Staatsverantwortlichen auf die ganzen Staaten der Erde und auf die Erdenmenschen ausbreiten konnte.
53. This in such a way that the same wrong behaviour spread to all states.	53. Dies derart, dass das gleiche falsche Verhalten sich auf gesamthaft alle Staaten ausbreitete.
54. In addition, those responsible for the state are relying uncontrollably on the vaccine manufacturers, who are throwing their vaccines onto the market largely untested and are 'earning' billions in an unjust manner – and are also destroying human lives.	54. Dazu kommt noch, dass die Staatsverantwortlichen sich unkontrolliert auf die Impfstoffhersteller verlassen, die ihre Impfstoffe weitestgehend ungetestet auf den Markt werfen und Milliarden in unrechter Weise damit ‹verdienen› – und zudem dadurch Erdenmenschenleben vernichten.
55. 1. All vaccines against the Corona virus developed and used by companies and corporations have so far been insufficiently tested and tried out for the various requirements of the different body characteristics, consequently the vaccinations are really life-threatening for a certain percentage of Earth-humans and their effect is exactly the opposite of what they are supposed to achieve, yes, in part they are even really side-effects and cause suffering as well as death.	55. 1. Alle bisher von Firmen und Konzernen entwickelten und zur Anwendung gebrachten Impfstoffe gegen das Corona-Virus sind bisher für die verschiedenen Anforderungen der verschiedenen Körper eigenschaften ungenügend getestet und erprobt worden, folglich die Impfungen für einen gewissen Prozentsatz Erdenmenschen wirklich lebensgefährlich und in ihrer Wirkung genau das Gegenteil von dem sind, was sie bewirken sollen, ja, teilweise sind sie gar wirklich Nebenwirkungen und Leid bringend sowie tödlich.
56. 2. The vaccines are therefore partly life-threatening for Earth-humans who do not correspond to the requirements of the chemical substances from which the vaccines are made and consequently are not compatible with the necessary physical requirements.	56. 2. Die Impfstoffe sind also teils lebensgefährlich für Erdenmenschen, die nicht den Anforderungen der chemischen Stoffe entsprechen, aus denen die Impfstoffe hergestellt werden und folglich nicht kompatibel mit den erforderlichen notwendigen körperlichen Voraussetzungen.
57. However, the opponents of vaccines of both sexes know, suspect or learn about this through some channels, consequently the state misleading campaign of the state leaders against the unvaccinated is now unleashed.	57. Das aber wissen, vermuten oder erfahren durch irgendwelche Kanäle die Impfstoffgegner beiderlei Geschlechts, folglich nun die Staats-Missführungs-Kampagne der Staatsführenden gegen die Ungeimpften losgebrochen wird.
58. This is actually all I want to say about it, and besides, it is useless to go on about these factors and the stupidity of the earthly would-be leaders and their wrong doing, for they do not follow advice and do not do what should be done.	58. Das ist eigentlich all das, was ich darüber sagen will, und ausserdem ist es müssig, über diese Faktoren und die Dummheit der irdischen Möchtegern-Staatsführenden und ihr falsches Tun und Walten weiter zu reden, denn sie befolgen keinen Ratschlag und tun nicht das, was getan werden müsste.
59. As a consequence, I do not want to be confronted with it in the future, unless it is new knowledge that really needs to be discussed.	59. Folgedem will ich künftighin nicht mehr damit konfrontiert werden, ausser es handelt sich um neue Erkenntnisse, die wirklich besprochen werden müssen.
