7. They are really good words. 7. Es sind wirklich gute Worte.
8. It seems like you still have questions? 8.
9. If so, then please let us talk about what we think about the contract with Michael Horn and Jack Gerlach, after which I will come to my request. 9.
10. We think that the matter of an animated series as a cartoon as well as the whole thing with the merchandise is a very good idea, which I explained to you earlier and told you to sign the contract. 10.
11. By such an animation series and by selling the goods, like t-shirts and cups and other FIGU related things, a good publicity for FIGU and the mission is created, without missionizing. 11.
12. You are already doing the same from the Centre. 12.
13. You sell T-shirts with a printed FIGU emblem etc., and you also use carrier bags with the emblem. 13.
14. This is absolutely the same, good and right thing, and it is a justified and appropriate missionless advertisement for the mission, so there is nothing to complain about. 14.
15. And what you are doing in this respect is common practice in the USA and corresponds to a legal procedure and action. 15.
16. Furthermore, through such advertising in the USA, human beings will also become aware of the German language, which in principle should not only be distributed in the USA, but worldwide, which is why FIGU literature and all your works should be distributed in German in all countries of the Earth. 16.
17. There is also something to be said about the above-mentioned type of advertising: 17.
18. The whole thing is the same with your information stands, where only persons who are interested in the matter ask for more information absolutely voluntarily. 18.
19. Therefore, the sale of merchandise in the USA will be equally voluntary. 19.
20. Consequently, only persons will buy the goods who have an interest in them of their own free will. 20.
21. These will then also be those who ask for further information and possibly – also voluntarily – want to have more information and possibly also contact the FIGU in the mother-centre. 21.
22. Basically, however, the whole thing has nothing to do with missionary work, but is merely an informative advertisement, which is also carried out in the USA and has no direct connection with FIGU, and is also not under the name of FIGU, as you said. 22.
23. This kind of advertising has long been spread worldwide from the USA and is common all around. 23.
24. Even if it is used commercially, it is still justified and has nothing objectionable about it, and therefore FIGU and the mission are not harmed by it, but rather make a profit by advertising. 24.
25. This, because demands for the background of the merchandise and the animation series arise, whereby an interest then appears, which leads to the fact that further and more and more information is requested and human beings begin to concern themselves with the teaching of the mission. 25.
26. Through this many find the way to the teaching of the truth. 26.
27. From this there is a change in their world of thought, as well as in their outlook on life and their way of life, in favour of love, peace, freedom and harmony, as you emphasize again and again. 27.

Billy:

Billy:
For me the thing is clear, which should probably also be the case for the core group. And that in the USA this kind of advertising is much bigger than in other countries, well, to this is only to say: Other countries, other customs and traditions.

Ptaah:

Ptaah:
28. You do not need the approval of the core group for this contract and your actions, since the materials to be used are your property. 28.
29. And as it is stated in the statutes, you are entitled to dispose of your material and written works at your own discretion and also to make contractual arrangements etc. without the consent of the core group. 29.
30. Furthermore, what we have already discussed in relation to the translation of writings and books by persons other than the FIGU Mother Centre is equally important, namely that this is not a matter for FIGU Switzerland. 30.
31. Consequently, the FIGU Mother Centre has nothing to do with it, nor does it interfere in the matter, as has already been established in relation to the translations of FIGU literature by others, and must also be valid in this respect. 31.
32. If this were not done in this way, there would be a violation of the decisions taken by the core group and by us. 32.
33. All responsibility lies solely with those who handle and operate things outside the FIGU Mother Centre and under a name other than FIGU. 33.
34. It should also be said that those responsible for the distribution of merchandise and animation series in the USA is not a FIGU group, but is a free trader who is not subject to FIGU dictates. 34.
35. But surely you still have questions that relate to other things, so we will turn to these, since the whole thing is now yes. 35.

Billy:

Billy:
As you say, my friend. Actually I have something which still requires an explanation from your side. Christian Frehner brought me a question from Michael Horn and Professor James Deardorff regarding the current CO2 content of the terrestrial atmosphere. But since I was not quite sure in regard to an answer, I asked Florena on the 25th of February for an explanation. Both obviously thought that the current content is not yet dangerous and that it also does not climb so quickly. Besides that, they spoke of a 4 per cent CO2 content, which is not, however, what was mentioned in our conversation of the 14th of October last year in regard to CO2. Florena answered my question by quoting the exact current content as 0.046 percent. This is in contrast to the claims of the terrestrial scientists who, with inexact calculations, would only calculate a value of 0.039 percent. I assume, concerning that, that a misunderstanding probably exists with the two and they took the terrestrial scientists' lower value as the starting point and that this is not yet dangerous and for which reason it is also not to be evaluated as grave. However, how they arrived at 4 per cent is a puzzle to me because neither of us mentioned this number in our conversation. What is to be said about that?

Ptaah:

Ptaah:
36. It is correct that the current CO2 content on the Earth amounts to 0.046 per cent, respectively 460 ppm [parts per million] which is truly quite a lot more than the terrestrial scientists register with their inadequate apparatuses. 36.
37. This CO2 content of 0.046 per cent is not yet very grave for the life-forms, but, with humans who are more susceptible than others regarding CO2, it leads to very frequent migraines, with nausea and dizziness. 37.
38. But, among diverse other factors, the molecule also strongly influences the climate and therefore contributes to climate change. 38.
39. The content of 460 ppm is therefore not harmless. Instead, it has already, for a long time, shown certain effects with humans who are susceptible to it, as it also has in regard to climate change, through which natural catastrophes take the lives of many humans. 39.
40. The named 0.046 percentage of CO2 impregnates the atmosphere whereby however this says nothing about the CO2 which has accumulated and continues to accumulate in the soil and in the oceans and other bodies of water, and which is freed, by and by, as a result of various processes and also enters the atmosphere this way. 40.
41. It also says nothing about how the CO2 damages all seas and other bodies of water in that it acidifies them. 41.
42. The gas will be poisonous for the humans when, in the air, it reaches a content of approximately one per cent which will then already lead generally to headaches and chronic tiredness. 42.
43. It has an absolutely deadly effect when it reaches a content of 8 per cent in the air. 43.
44. Naturally the entire thing still corresponds to a longer process and will not take effect overnight, but the whole thing will not be stopped if the Earth-humans proceed with their uncontrollable reproduction and continue to produce the gas in excessive amounts as they have until now. 44.
45. As a result of everything which is coming in the future, factors can come about which allow the CO2 content to suddenly and rapidly increase, especially when the molecules, which have accumulated and continue to accumulate in the soil and in the oceans, escape into the air as a result of some sort of circumstances and become dangerous for all breathing beings. 45.
46. That is certainly not the case yet and also one cannot expect it to be the case very quickly, but to think that the CO2 content of 460 ppm is not dangerous corresponds to an erroneous assumption because that is already alarmingly high, because, namely, as a result of the molecule, the climate is strongly influence in a negative way and causes certain human beings health difficulties, with migraines, nausea and dizziness. 46.
47. Around 150 years ago the CO2 content in the atmosphere amounted to 0.028 per cent, and shortly before industrialisation the content of CO2 on the Earth amounted to 187 ppm. Subsequently the content has therefore climbed by a disturbing 273 ppm. 47.
48. The terrestrial atmosphere has always contained CO2 in small amounts, but the Earth-humans have unfortunately contributed very much to the strong increase of the gas content, and indeed as a result of the irresponsible, excessive burning of fossil fuels such as crude oil, natural gas and coal, as well as a result of diverse other natural and chemically produced substances. 48.
49. Means of transport, such as aircraft, automobiles, tractors, other motor vehicles and all kinds of work machines as well as ships, which are powered by combustion engines, also contribute in a big way to the entire evil. 49.
50. To add to that are also power stations and factories which are powered in some way with gas or coal. 50.
51. Also the logging – and clearing by means of fire – of the rain forests, as well as other clearing of forests around the world and the destruction and building-over of riverside forests and fertile fields for residential buildings and factories, and so forth, contributed and further contributes to the increasing CO2 content. 51.

Billy:

Billy:
But now all the clever ones and know-it-alls who play everything down again, will come again. That will, unfortunately, really not be avoidable.

Ptaah:

Ptaah:
52. That will with certainty be so, just as it will that everything will be described as worse than it, in and of itself, already is. 52.

Billy:

Billy:
Then I have another thing about the English language. How the English language came about in the USA as a national and official language is clear from the history of the USA. Our FIGU member Helga Friedrich received the facts about this from a Prof. Dr. Fröschle, who did some research on this and found the following as the final result: Dann habe ich noch etwas bezüglich der englischen Sprache.
A handful of ethnic Germans in the state of Virginia, USA, supported the German language in 1794. This was also to be used in the first publication of the printed laws (presumably state constitution) (which was then also written in German).
On the 13th of January 1795, a vote took place in the Congress in Washington. The issue was whether the language should be German or English in the USA. With 42 against 41 votes, German was rejected, so that one single vote was decisive that the German language was rejected and English was accepted. This one vote belonged to a congressman named Mühlenberg, a pastor from Germany.
According to these facts, the Christian religion also played a bad role here, as it has done in many relationships since time immemorial. Had it not been for the priest, the most valuable of all earthly languages, German, would be the one spoken all over the world instead of the wretched English.

Ptaah:

Ptaah:
53. The information is correct, but you could also have heard it from me, because I know about it. 53.

Billy:

Billy:
I did not know that; on the other hand, Helga has known the professor in question for a long time and was happy to take the matter up with him. But I want to mention what we talked about some time ago, namely the rotation of the Earth. We talked about it last year on the 3rd of February and the 3rd of October. We talked about the fact that the Earth was beginning to rotate faster as a result of the melting of the Earth's poles and glaciers. On the one hand, the melting process reduces the circumference of the Earth, but on the other hand the Earth also expands again somewhat, which is pressed down by the ice masses, but this is only to a much lesser extent in comparison to the thickness of the ice, which melts away to a much greater extent. Thus, despite the slight bulging of the Earth's surface, the circumference is reduced, which leads to a faster rotation of the Earth. But this rotation, you said, is not noticeable to human beings, but only detectable with suitable technical equipment. As I already told you some time after our conversation, voices came up which doubted the whole thing. Recently, however, there have again been negating voices which doubt the whole thing, because the facts are not understood correctly and it is claimed that the Earth's rotation slows down when the Earth's surface bulges up again. Yes, such subtleties appear again and again, because on the one hand not everything is thought out exactly, misunderstood and on the other hand again and again attempts are made to find falsehoods and contradictions in our conversations, probably to be able to accuse us, especially me, of deceit or fraud. So the subject of the rotation of the Earth had to be taken up again and explained once more, just as the CO2 issue was also taken up again in our conversation today. I am now addressing the whole thing again because I read a short article in which exactly the same thing was explained as you explained with regard to the faster rotation of the Earth, namely that due to the worldwide melting of ice the Earth is rotating imperceptibly faster, but this is not noticeable to human beings, but can only be determined by special apparatus. So with this your statement is confirmed. Also wird damit deine Aussage bestätigt.

Ptaah:

Ptaah:
54. It cannot be any other way either, because it is not in my nature to tell the untruth in any things. 54.
55. Unfortunately, however, it is probably as you say, that on the one hand, out of a lack of thought and understanding, as well as out of know-it-all and misunderstanding, or because you are accused of deceit and swindling, doubts are raised. 55.

Billy:

Billy:
Precisely, I told you. That answers my questions, therefore we can turn to your request.
